Why We Sponsor The Brighton and Hove Business Awards 2017
We consider Brighton and Hove Business Awards (BAHBA’s) to be a Brighton ‘treasure’. For the fourth year, we are delighted to be sponsoring these awards.
Research shows that Brighton creates 48% more new businesses than the UK average, creating 74 new businesses per 10,000 population.
Having an award under your belt helps businesses gain a competitive advantage and enhanced reputation. We understand how valuable this can be, particularly for new businesses.
We started our business in 2004, and our unique selling proposition has always been that we are a community law firm serving both individuals and businesses in our communities. We received a big boost in 2010 when we won the Sussex Business in the Community Award.
We also carry out a huge amount of free legal work to increase access to justice. In March 2012, we won the Digital Media Campaign of the Year Award at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards for our pregnancy and maternity rights campaign ‘Mind The Bump’, which highlighted our commitment.
Winning these awards not only enhances our business profile but also our credibility as lawyers who really do give a damn about our clients.
