Support Team Trainer & Employment Team PA

Intro
I work within the Support Team, and am often the first point of contact for our new and existing clients. I work closely with the Employment Team as their PA to ensure the smooth running of our Employment Team.
I also work closely with our Finance Manager and Office Manager to assist in debt collection and compliance matters.
Qualifications
I attained 10 GCSE qualifications of A*-B and A Level qualifications in Creative Writing, Theatre Studies, Human Biology, English Literature and Dance.
Other experience
I previously worked as a Legal Assistant for a law firm specialising in conveyancing and Wills and Powers of Attorney. I have also worked in several roles within the retail, hospitality and administration sectors.
I have a life too
I am a huge nerd with an eclectic range of hobbies including crochet, dance, baking, cosplay, pottery, singing and miniature painting. I also enjoy making things to paint using our 3D printer. I like to keep my mind active, and undertake brain teasers in my spare time as often as I can to pass the time.
I am an avid supporter of Mind UK and The Alzheimer’s Society / Dementia UK, both of which support issues close to my heart. I love spending family time with my husband and baby daughter.
