Intro
I work side by side with our Support Team. We are the first point of contact for all prospective clients and liaise with our existing clients and their lawyers. I ensure our team gives the best client support possible. I also oversee the day to day running of our office with Amanda, our Office Manager.
Qualifications
I studied Applied Film and TV production in Cork, Ireland and graduated in 2017. I then went on to study to become a Legal Secretary through Pitman Training where I qualified in 2021.
Other experience
I have several years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary in Clinical Negligence and Employment law for both Claimants and Defendants.
I have over ten years’ experience in customer care roles and pride myself on good client care.
I created and successfully marketed a board game using social media whilst I studied.
I have a life too
As someone who is new to Brighton I enjoy exploring Sussex, finding hidden gems and meeting new people. I love to travel and enjoy a city break when I can.
