- Surveys on Sexual Harassment carried out by the Equality and Human Rights Commission 2018 and the Government Equalities Office 2020
- How sexual harassment at work is defined in law
- Sexual Behaviour Code Frame provided by Government Equalities Office
- Recommendations on best practice around preventing sexual harassment at work
- How to run a full and fair investigation to establish the facts in line with the Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- When and how to use Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in Settlement Agreements
Attendees will come away understanding the different types of sexual harassment and how to reduce the risk of sexual harassment occurring in your workplace. This will be coupled with an understanding of how to run a fair and thorough investigation and grievance / disciplinary process to avoid any reputational risk for your business.
