Martin Searle Solicitors Honour Best Employment Law Student
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the local community, Martin Searle Solicitors recently sponsored an award at the Brighton Business School’s annual prize giving.
The event, held on July 27th 2012 at the Sallis Benney Theatre in Brighton, celebrated the achievements of students in the fields of law, accounting, business management, economics and HR.
The Martin Searle Solicitors prize for Best Employment Law Student was awarded to Selina Tamrat, who is about to start her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. As well as receiving a £50 Amazon token, Selina will undertake one weeks work experience with the award-winning employment law team at Martin Searle Solicitors.
Fiona Martin (pictured with Selina), Director and Head of Employment Law at Martin Searle Solicitors, said: “Obtaining an award for best employment law student is a real achievement in such a competitive environment and will greatly enhance Selina’s CV. We hope that by offering her work experience this will assist her in securing a training contract with her firm of choice. It was great to see so many other local businesses at the awards ceremony also sponsoring students in many other disciplines.”
